Hi Gavin Thank you very much for your help. I look forward to receiving the latest amazing water softening unit. The water here is so hard there were white lumps coming out of the tap when we moved in 7 years ago. However your device has solved all that and I have never had problems with washing machines or dishwashers either – all of which I put down to your lovely little efficient device.
